IT IS SO GOOD TO BE PAINTING AGAIN!! 

I have suffered from a major artist block since the begining of summer due to my university grade being crap and knocking my motivation. BUT I have started attending a short course in Illustration and now more I really regret not doing illustration at university. Why did i do Fine Art? WHY?

Anyway, I went from having no projects... to loads... you can see more info about this in my latest journal entry!  

So... in my illustration course I am illustrating my own childrens story.... and this is a little experiment for that... 

I wanted to try watercolours - I have never used watercolours before and really enjoyed this. 

Note: this is nothing to do with my story that I am illustrating - I have used this to try experimenting with watercolours, which I plan to use for some of the images in my book.  

This is Bunkin, I named him Bunkin because of the play on words with bunny and Pumpkin - simple as.

I actually really enjoyed working in watercolour paints and I hope to add more colour and energy to these in the future - this was a good practice run however!
